Since joining the firm in 2019, Ms. Rydarowski has represented clients in employment disputes, property damage claims, construction litigation, trade secret matters, and a wide spectrum of commercial disputes. She also brings significant experience in government law, including conducting workplace investigations and defending public entities against claims ranging from employment matters to civil rights actions.

Prior to joining Murphy Orlando, Ms. Rydarowski practiced as a Litigation Associate at Lowenstein Sandler PC and Herold Law PA. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Rydarowski has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Middlesex County College, where she taught Business Law and Legal Writing. Ms. Rydarowski earned her Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, where she completed a double major in Management and Spanish, and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude.
