Adelin Sheynov, Esq., handles a broad litigation and counseling practice at Murphy Orlando, with concentrations in government law, complex commercial and business litigation, and counseling for tax-exempt organizations. He represents public entities — including school boards and police departments — in defending civil rights claims, dangerous-condition cases, and other actions under the New Jersey Tort Claims Act. His commercial work includes contract disputes involving real estate developers, donor-related litigation on behalf of a nonprofit fundraising entity affiliated with a public university, Consumer Fraud Act matters, and a wide range of business disputes between private parties. Mr. Sheynov has also defended a private entity against an enforcement action brought by the New Jersey Department of Labor.

Mr. Sheynov practices in New Jersey state and federal trial courts, the Appellate Division, and before administrative tribunals, including the Office of Administrative Law.

Mr. Sheynov earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2023, where he served as a Clinical Student Attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, advising start-ups and nonprofits on pre-venture planning, governance, employment matters, and contract drafting. He previously worked at the Essex County Superior Court in Newark on family law and civil litigation matters and gained additional experience at small firms focused on transactional real estate and land use.
