Junmo Kim is a rising third-year law student at Rutgers Law School with a background spanning intellectual property law, life sciences, and transactional law. Currently serving as a clinical law student at Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, Mr. Kim has represented clients in N.J. Superior Court guardianship proceedings, advised on corporate restructuring matters, and developed IP licensing frameworks for emerging businesses. Mr. Kim will serve as the Managing Editor of Rutgers Computer and Technology Law and the Vice-President of Intellectual Property Law Society in the upcoming 2026-2027 academic calendar year. Mr. Kim has competed in the 2026 National Patent Application Drafting Competition as a member of the Rutgers Patent Team and the Cohn Appellate Competition in the Fall of 2025. Mr. Kim also served as the Co-Secretary of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Mr. Kim earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 2021, with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Minor in Mathematics. During law school, Mr. Kim interned at a cutting-edge pharmaceutical company specializing in pluripotent stem cell therapy. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim has worked for an AmLaw 200 law firm specializing in pharmaceutical manufacturing and medical device patent prosecution. During undergraduate years, his practical experience extends to polymer and remi-con manufacturing through internships in South Korea
