Aryana Dehghan received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in May 2026.
Ms. Dehghan’s practical experience spans transactional and litigation work at several prominent firms, where she managed corporate matters including entity formation, shareholder and operating agreements, and bankruptcy restructuring, while also drafting complex motions in commercial and civil litigation, including in the areas of securities litigation and nationwide class actions.
During law school, she was selected as a fellow at the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance’s Blockchain and Fintech Fellowship, where she conducted research on stablecoin regulation and the evolving ESG and regulatory landscape of cryptocurrency. She also served as a Clinical Student Attorney in both the Entrepreneurship Clinic and the Intellectual Property Law Clinic, advising startups and small businesses on entity formation, contracts, and intellectual property strategy.
Ms. Dehghan received her undergraduate degree from New York University’s Steinhardt School in 2023, with a Bachelor of Music in Music Business. She is fluent in Farsi.
