Amanda Baker received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2025. While there, she was a member of the Rutgers University Law Review, serving on the Executive Board as the flagship journal’s Senior Articles Editor.
Prior to and throughout law school, Ms. Baker worked in the finance industry as an investment coordinator, where she also gained hands-on experience with corporate compliance and client onboarding.
During her 2L summer, Ms. Baker interned with the Enforcement Division at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).

Ms. Baker earned her bachelor’s degree and graduated summa cum laude from Centenary University in 2021, with a dual degree in both Criminal Justice and Political & Governmental Affairs. While attending undergrad, in addition to her job in the finance industry, Ms. Baker worked on campus as a writing tutor and as a student note taker for the university’s disability services. Ms. Baker spent the summer prior to her senior year interning at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she served as a writing and editing intern.
